To sync your MobilizeAmerica account with VAN you need to request a read/write API key from VAN in the help/support section of MyCampaign.
You will get an email when we have received your API Key and synced your VAN account with Mobilize. A new tab will appear in your dashboard called VAN Settings. It is very important that you configure these settings before creating new events so that the sync works properly. You can learn how to configure VAN settings here.
If you want to add an activist code to your MobilizeAmerica sign ups, create a new Activist Code in VAN, then email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what Activist Code we should map to.
