How to manage your notification settings

Learn how to manage your preferences for email and SMS notifications.

One of the great benefits Mobilize offers to supporters is automatic updates and reminders before and follow-up emails after events.

We strongly recommend supporters stay subscribed to all email notifications, as event organizers can include critical information in these communications like location updates and conference links for virtual events. However, you can customize your notification preferences to hear from us only when you want to.

Manage your email notifications

If you don't want to receive certain emails, take these easy steps:

  • Scroll to the bottom of a Mobilize email and select the unsubscribe link.

  • After selecting, you'll be redirected to a notification management page where you'll see a brief notification description, an option to resubscribe, and a series of toggles to help you customize your email notification settings.

  • You can revisit this page at any time to update your notification settings by clicking an unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Mobilize email.

  • You can also manage your email notifications and account preferences by logging in to your Account Page.

*After you unsubscribe from an email, we will not send you emails within that category for any events you are signed up for or sign up for in the future. You can always come back to the page to resubscribe though!

Opt-out of SMS notifications

If you no longer want to receive text messages, simply reply "STOP" to any text message.
