In person event confirmations:

After signup, volunteers receive an email with the full details of their event:

The day before an event, volunteers receive an email and text:

            "Hi {{first_name}}! {{organization_name}} is excited {{event_description_single_str}} Reply YES to confirm or MORE for details"

  

For a shifted virtual event, volunteers receive the following email after signup: 

The day before the event, volunteers receive an email and text:

             "Hi, {{first_name}}! Your scheduled online {{event_type_noun}} with             {{organization_name}} is starting at {{event_time}}."

The day of the event, virtual shifted attendees receive one final email:

Act now virtual event attendees receive an email with a link to the Action URL:

Post Shift Communication:

If this feature is enabled for an event, volunteers will first receive an email and text with the following language:

            "Hi {{first_name}}! How was your experience at {{event_name}}? Reply GOOD if it was good, BAD if it was not, or MISSED if you didn`t make it."

If the volunteer replies to the text with a thumbs up,

            "Thanks for {{event_type_gerund}}! In one message, please respond with more details about your experience or why you took action for {{organization_name}}."

If a volunteer replies to the text with a thumbs down, 

            "Sorry to hear that! In one message, please respond with more details about your experience."

If a volunteer indicates they did not attend,

            "Sorry we missed you. We still need your help! Please go to the MobilizeAmerica website to sign up for another event."

If a volunteer sends details via text,

        "Thanks for your input! We’ll make sure the event organizers see it."

If a volunteer responds to the email, they are directed to their volunteer schedule where they can provide feedback
